Just Ride On came to us with a clear question: ‘We want more people in our showroom and better insight into what campaigns are really delivering.’ Together, we dived into their campaigns and funnel, with one goal in mind: making sure marketing really contributes to sales.

The existing campaigns were running, but underperforming. Google Ads was fragmented, Meta campaigns were barely used and test rides were booked via Calendly without measurable conversions. Thanks to DGTLbase, we finally have insight into which campaigns really deliver showroom visits and sales.
Because we understand the bike sector and the retail world well, we knew straight away where the biggest gains were. In this sector, the customer journey almost always starts online, and the purchase only follows after a physical experience such as a test ride. That's why we set everything up so that online campaigns contribute directly to store visits. Tracking was set up tightly, so showroom visits could finally be measured properly. And we adapted the website for mobile, where research into e-bikes usually starts.
