Step 1
Log in to Google Tag Manager.
- Go to the Google Tag Manager website.
- Log in with your Google account.

Add new user
- Choose which account you want to add a new user to.
- Click on the gear (top right).
- Now you land on the page of the chosen account. You can now add a new user at the account or container level. You can add users at the account level, so they can see all containers under that account, or at the container level, so the new user can only see a specific container).
- Click on ‘Manage users’ (User Management).
- Click on ‘+’ in the top right and then on ‘Add users’.
- Enter the email address of the new user.
- Determine which role the new user will get.
