We implemented a strategic conversion funnel that mapped the customer journey into different phases, each designed to build a stronger relationship between Hela and its target audiences. Our approach included:
- Conversion Funnel Setup: The conversion funnel visualized the different relationship levels Hela had with its target audiences. By segmenting these relationships into different stages, we guided consumers along the customer journey, with the ultimate goal of leading them to purchase.
- Top of Funnel: This phase focused on building brand awareness among potential customers at the beginning of their journey. We used marketing strategies that introduced Hela’s products and brand to a broader audience, creating initial interest.

- Post-Purchase Engagement: We focused on consumers who completed a purchase, considering them VIP customers who had gone through the entire funnel.
